Unwanted items may be returned to us within 14 days of receipt.  Items must unused and in resalable condition.

Simply return your order to us at the address on invoice.  We will process a refund within two working days of receipt.

Please contact us.  We will arrange for a replacement and collect the incorrect or damaged item.


Orders placed by 3pm on a business day are shipped same day.  You can opt for free delivery which takes 2-3 days or next working day delivery from £4.95.

Yes.  You can collect your order in person or via your own courier.

  2. You must select BACS as payment option.  We do not allow collection using Card or PayPal.

We can arrange same-day delivery to most locations in London and surrounding areas using a same-day courier service such as CitySprint or local Taxi.  Charges apply based on delivery location.

We currently only offer Credit accounts to Public Sector.

Yes.  We accept Amex, VISA, Maestro and MasterCard.  We also accept PayPal and BACS.

Yes.  We are VAT registered so you will receive a VAT invoice.

We do not always ship a VAT invoice with your order as a copy is emailed to you. If you have not received your invoice via email please check SPAM filters for ‘sales@forest-av.com’.


EU customers with a valid EU VAT number will not be charged UK VAT.

Please enter your EU VAT number on the checkout page, once verified all VAT will be removed.

Note: This does not apply to UK customers.
