You can pay by Amex, VISA, Maestro and MasterCard.  We also accept PayPal and Bank Transfer (bank details given after completing checkout and on the invoice).

All payments are in GBP.  We can also accept Bank Transfer payments in EUR.

Shop with peace of mind, we do not store your card details.   Our site is fully SSL protected (see the padlock icon in the browser bar).

We accept Purchase Orders from all Public Sector organisations and Trusts.

When searching for our account please search ‘Forest AV’ or ‘Silent Media Ltd’.  We are already registered with many NHS Trusts and hold a M.O.D DBS supplier code.

Sorry, we do not offer credit accounts at this time.  Please make payment with your order.

 UKVAT is charged on all sales to customers within the UK.
 EUAs of 1 Jan 2021, all orders shipped to the EU from the UK are shipped ‘uncleared’.  This means you may have to pay import VAT and Duty in your country.
 Channel IslandsThere is no VAT for orders shipped to Jersey or Guernsey.  VAT will be removed when you select your address at Checkout.

 UKWe offer Free and Express delivery options.  Delivery times vary, depending on your location and service selected.  View UK delivery times and prices
 EUWe currently offer shipping to Belgium, Croatia, Denmark, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands and Spain.  View EU delivery times and prices

If your order has not been received within our expected delivery times, please contact us so we can track your order for you.

Please take time to check that the delivery address on your order was correct and complete, as this is the most common reason for non-delivery.

You can collect your order from our warehouse in Uxbridge, Greater London.

  1. Place your order online; Enter our address as the shipping address
  2. You must select BACS as your payment option (we do not allow collection using Card or PayPal).

If you require collection outside of office hours or weekend, please contact us to discuss your requirements.

Customer Care

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Unwanted items may be returned to us within 14 days of receipt.  Items must unused and in resalable condition.

Simply return your order to us at the address on invoice.  We will process a refund within two working days of receipt.

If you have received an incorrect or damaged item, firstly we’re really sorry!  We will arrange for a replacement and collect the incorrect or damaged item.

Please contact us with your Order/Invoice number.
